Free delivery is available for all UK addresses for orders £30 or over, below this it is £3.00. We also offer a tracked shipping service for UK addresses of £5.
A charge based on weight is made for International Orders. Please note we are currently unable to send to addresses in the EU, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to find an alternative stockist to order from.
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) will normally be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm or on a none working day will be dispatched the next working day. We cannot guarantee delivery timings so please call or email us if you have specific timing requests and we will do our best to assist.
You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and the refund will be processed once the item is confirmed to be unopened and unused to the original payment method used (please note original shipping cost will not be refunded).
If you believe you have received a faulty/ defective item please contact us before returning the products so we can advise on shipping method. We will refund shipping cost once the product has been investigated and confirmed faulty/ defective.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your payment provider to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
